Swim Meet Sing Up Information

Meet Entries

When entering for a meet, please take note of the following clarifications:

Under *Select Meet: Please do not select NONE-this is not a valid choice

And Under Notes related to meet arrival/departure: This is to be used only if you are arriving late or have to leave the meet early.

If you miss the 9:00 PM sign up deadline, you MUST e-mail Coach Stefani (stefani.toungate@yahoo.com) and Cori Kerr (cori@kerrfamily.net) to see about getting entered into the meet. You cannot register on-line at that point.

If you would like to request something for your child to swim, please give a note to Coach Stefani in the red mailbox at the pool or e-mail her. Please know that the decision of what a swimmer swims in the meet is ultimately up to the coaches. We have complete confidence in our coaches that they will put each child in the events that they are best suited for or in an event that will be most beneficial for helping the team.

We do understand that a swimmer that maybe real good in a particular stroke sometimes gets stuck swimming that week after week, so asking to do something different in that case will definitely try to be accommodated.

Again, the deadline for sign-ups is Monday night before 9:00 PM. You can register for all future meets if you wish.
